We asked Monica to help us find a new home. Monica could not have been more helpful, patient, or kind. She worked with us to truly understand what we wanted. Helped us look at homes for a VERY long time and did not forget that we were in the market looking for the right home. When we finally narrowed down our neighborhood, she helped us to find things that were not on the market officially yet.

When it came to the negotiation, Monica was helpful in identifying great best practices, like asking for everything attached to the walls. She did a good job of explaining our position and also facilitating a strong negotiation. She was also instrumental in facilitating a quick close.

Monica is absolutely amazing! We lost our Malibu home on January 7 in the Palisades fire. The following week we contacted Monica regarding renting a property on the Westside of LA. We then realized that renting would be long-term under the circumstances, and switched our search to buy a property. Monica showed us only properties that she knew we would possibly

For starters, her local knowledge, architectural savvy (history of homes, when they were built, with what materials, etc.), a sharp eye for detail, how and how much to bid, and ability to negotiate a good price demonstrates her mastery of the business. The thing, however, that distinguishes her is her patience, kindness, willingness to answer a million questions, explain every step in the process, and be completely focused on what we were looking for. She also made the whole process fun. We were able to find and close on a home within two months.
