“A True Professional.” If you are looking for someone who absolutely knows every aspect of selling a home, from how to increase your exposure to maximizing your sale price, Monica is the only choice. She has in-depth experience and knowledge of market fluctuations and how to navigate them. I'm very happy with the outcome and Monica's attention to detail throughout the process.

I am so glad that I worked with the Antola Coastal Group. Monica and her team are consummate professionals and were always ready to take my calls and assist me, even with the smallest of tasks. If you are ever selling a house or buying a house in the Southern California area, call them first — they know absolutely everyone and are wonderful to work with.

“A shrewd negotiator.” Having to sell a property long distance was intimidating to say the least. Thankfully, I was put in touch with Monica Antola who made the process run smoothly. Monica is a dedicated professional who knows how to get a property ready for the marketplace and a shrewd negotiator who can close the deal. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing an agent.

“You can't find a better realtor.” Monica is a true professional. At every stage of the process, particularly in the early going when I needed her guidance and opinion, she managed things with a deft hand. Monica's 'can do' spirit made things move along, and quickly. In my humble opinion having been through the selling process six times now, you can't find a better realtor.

Monica Antola sold my mom's prime view lot after her house burned down in the Pacific Palisades fire. There was a lot of uncertainty about the future of the Palisades. Monica navigated the ups and downs of the uncertain Palisades market beautifully. Monica is rock solid, unflappable, a true pro — with deep connections in the Palisades housing and lot market. Look no further; Monica will get the job done.

“Professional, organized, and consultative.” Monica did a great job for us selling our home of 35 years. She was very professional in all of her dealings with us and the potential buyers and their agents. She understood the market dynamics when we listed our home for sale and positioned the property correctly. The net result was a successful sale at an excellent price in just over 30 days from start to closing.

“An incredibly attentive agent.” I have worked with Monica to find a rental and now a home to buy. Both times she has been an incredibly attentive agent. She was constantly staying on top of what came on the market and sending me what best fit my criteria right away. She responded to my calls and emails promptly and was flexible when I decided to change neighborhoods. Throughout the entire process, Monica was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend her.

“She exceeded our expectations.” Monica is an expert in her profession. She exceeded our expectations in preparing the property for sale, showing the property to prospective buyers and vetting all the offers. Her business relationships contributed to the timely sale of the property. Monica is diligent, trustworthy, professional and put our interests first. If you are looking for a knowledgeable and quality agent, reach out to Monica!

We are so grateful to Monica and her amazing team for their help in purchasing our first home. Monica's expert negotiation skills helped us land the house when we were up against an all-cash offer, and her advice throughout the process made everything as stress-free as possible. She stayed on top of everything throughout escrow and always responded immediately. I highly recommend Monica and her team if you are searching for a new home in this competitive market!
