Why I Sell Real Estate on This Coast

People ask me all the time why I sell real estate on this coast specifically. And to tell you the honest truth, it's because my childhood started here. I was a beach kid.
I would go surfing at Little Dume. I would go body surfing with my dad out in front of the Bel-Air Bay Club. Surfing out in Malibu at Surfrider Beach.
And hanging out with my friends down at Will Rogers. And it's just in the fabric of my core, of my being. It is who I am.
And this coast is me. So, any realtor can pull comps. But, I think it's so important that you have a local.
You have someone actually has lived and breathed these various areas. Someone who can show you the hidden gems, the places that not everyone knows about unless you actually lived here and grew up here. So, if you're drawn to the Westside and specifically coastal Los Angeles, it is truly my whole world.
